Audit partner Jay Parke has been in public accounting since 1998, providing audit, accounting, consulting and forensic accounting services to clients in all major economic sectors.

Jay Parke, a CPA and Certified Government Financial Manager, has 20 years of public accounting experience at national and local firms. Jay provides audit, accounting and consulting services to for-profit entities in a variety of industries, not-for-profit entities, and state and local government entities.

In particular, not-for-profit entities and county, municipal and tribal governments benefit from Jay’s extensive experience and personal attention in managing major engagements for large clients in those sectors. He has assisted in developing the annual single audit training program for a national CPA firm, and he meets all “Yellow Book” audit requirements (Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards [GAGAS]).

Not-for-Profit Entities

Jay provides services to several prominent Arizona not-for-profit entities, including:
