Jay Parke is an Audit Partner in the firm and has been in public accounting since 1998. Jay holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Jay has worked predominately with governmental and nonprofit organizations throughout his eleven-year career with local, national and international firms. His experience includes providing professional audit, accounting, consulting and forensic accounting services to urban and rural communities located primarily in the state of Arizona. In addition, Jay oversees services provided to several state and local governmental agencies including counties, municipalities, state agencies and special-purpose governments. Jay has assisted many governments with the implementation of new governmental accounting standards. His nonprofit experience includes trade organizations, foundations, charter schools, private industry councils, private colleges and health and welfare organizations. His industry experience also includes hospitality, financial services, property development, construction, manufacturing and high tech. Jay has extensive experience auditing employee benefit plans. Jay meets all Yellow Book audit requirements.
